Reconnect with Your Authentic Self
Hi! I’m Lizzie
Let’s do therapy differently!
You want to feel seen, understood, and like your therapist really gets you. You’re done with therapists who just sit there and listen without challenging you to grow.
I’m not the stoic type. I’m a real, goofy, passionate, and curious person using research-backed methods to challenge the hell out of you!
I won’t just challenge your thoughts. Your brain has probably been running the show your whole life, and there's nothing more infuriating than trying to think yourself into feeling something different when you just don’t. Honestly, this just makes me feel like a total failure, so I won’t ever ask that of you.
Let’s challenge all of it! Let’s make real, digestible change that you can feel in your whole mind-body-self.
Sound exciting? Scary? Maybe even a little FUN?
I’m so happy you’re here. I’d love to work with you!

Your Questions, Answered Without the Jargon
Got questions? The FAQ covers the practical stuff, what therapy looks like, how payment works, what to expect, and more. Start here if you’re curious about the details.
If you’ve ever felt like eating disorder therapy doesn’t fully see you, your queerness, your gender identity, or your lived experience, you’re not alone. Healing is about more than food or body image. It’s about the deeper layers of who you are and the world you navigate.
My blog post, Why LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy for Eating Disorders Matters, breaks it all down. I share how an affirming therapist can help create a safer, more validating space that honors your full self, because you shouldn’t have to educate your therapist just to feel seen.
You deserve support that gets it. Let’s explore what healing can look like when your identity isn’t just included, it’s centered.
Why LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy For Eating Disorders Matters
Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see if it feels like a good fit
I’m a private pay therapist and don’t work directly with insurance. This allows us to focus on your needs, not what insurance dictates. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
