Hi, I'm Lizzie, she/her.

I am a queer, neurodivergent cis white therapist I'm an avid consumer of food podcasts, although I have a knack for forgetting most of what I hear almost immediately.  Recently,  I  started gardening. Every plant feels like an experiment and when it does well or comes back stronger the next year I am VERY excited!

I specialize in supporting queer and trans individuals grappling with eating disorders and other challenges on their journey to feeling comfortable in their own skin. I understand that the path to self-acceptance can be complex and multi-faceted. Clients seek me out because they want someone who recognizes that our identities are rich and that embracing ourselves through complex moments can be transformative.

My practice is informed by disability justice, authenticity, and anti-oppressive frameworks. I'm passionate about this work because I believe it's vital for individuals to be seen and acknowledged in all their dimensions. Each person's experience is unique, and I find immense fulfillment in helping others navigate the complexities of self-discovery and acceptance.
